BATMAN + ANIME = FANBOY HEAVEN

Batman: Gotham Knight is the newest release (June 2008) from the DC Universe and will include 6 separate stories (i.e. long) animated by Japan’s Studio 4°C, Production I.G, and Madhouse. The anthology will be set between the Batman Begins and Dark Knight movies.

I was a little skeptical when I first heard about this (think Big O) but after watching the sneak peek (video below), I gotta agree with the creators that this format really lends itself to the Batman mythos.
