I was given a customer service number by automated voice; have been on hold now for 20 minutes listening to some German opera; I presume to make me hang up all the faster. I have tried the customer service no. that is given and the runaround is equal to the old AOL scramble. I'm sensing "SCAM" and while I don't like going to BBB before a company can explain itself, it seems that's my direction. If anyone has a solution I would appreciate hearing it.
