This Ain’t The Munsters XXX – Review

Don’t get “hustled” into buying Larry Flynt’s latest monstrosity This Ain’t The Munsters XXX, a porno parody of the classic 60s TV show The Munsters.

And if you do, be warned: there’s gender-bending. It begins with a masturbation scene by porn star Sammie Rhodes (the only worthwhile girl in this besides Whitney Stevens – neither of which are main characters). Just as Sammie “finishes” a puff of smoke reveals it was actually Grandpa in disguise (now that’s scary).

The “plot” involves Grandpa helping Herman find and attach the perfect gift for his anniversary (gee, I wonder what it could be). It’s too bad there’s no effort to “make it hard” (pun intended).Herman simply makes a quick stop at the hospital and picks up the “package” (pun intended). This could’ve been a funny scene if they had Herman stroll around a cemetery saying “this one’s too small,” “this one’s too big… yep that’s the one!” instead of having a doctor just hand Herman a tube (surprisingly no pun intended).

Another missed opportunity is the money shot between Herman and Lily. It’s laughable and not in a good way. It’s quite literally a monster cock and there should be a monster load accordingly. On the other hand, they could’ve gone in the complete opposite direction. Since Little Herman is dead just like the rest of him, have a puff of dust shoot out.

It’s not just the lack of imagination. There are inexplicable things too like a sex scene between Marilyn & her boyfriend who doesn’t speak, which leads you to believe it’s Grandpa in disguise again but it’s never revealed whether it was. Maybe Hustler was afraid of showing incest (although Marilyn was adopted).

The DVD comes with an optional laugh track, but those are the only laughs this will generate.
