The monster in this new IFC film isn’t a human with a lot of legs, it’s a lot creepier than that.

A German surgeon is obsessed with creating what he calls the Human Centipede by connecting his subjects via their gastric system.

And according to the movie’s tagline it’s “100% medically accurate.”

Human Centipede will only have a limited release in theaters (April 30), but will also be available on demand (April 28).
