Talk about a grate prank. The Walking Dead zombie pit was recreated under a subway grate outside of Union Square Park. Sections of the grate were cut so the lurkers could reach out and grab unsuspecting pedestrians as they passed by. If you thought New Yorkers moved fast before, just watch as they run for their lives!
The prankvertising stunt was put together by the Relevant marketing agency to promote the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead this week.
The TWD cast pranked one of their own last month when Norman Reedus AKA Daryl Dixon screamed like a girl at the sight of a zombified teenage fan born with one arm and no legs.
