NOOGIE RUBS TEACHER THE WRONG WAY
15-year-old Ethan Mirenberg is crying foul after being suspended for giving his Spanish teacher noogies, or “el noogies.” His lawyer Edward Paltzik claims the teacher was asking for it, alleging “This teacher has a history of encouraging noogie behavior.” (that’s an actual quote, no seriously )
