15-year-old Ethan Mirenberg is crying foul after being suspended for giving his Spanish teacher noogies, or “el noogies.” His lawyer Edward Paltzik claims the teacher was asking for it, alleging “This teacher has a history of encouraging noogie behavior.” (that’s an actual quote, no seriously )
It’s hard to believe she was looking for noogie but if she was, let’s just be grateful she pronounced it clearly or this would be a very different story.
Mirenberg admits to getting physical with his teacher but says “It was never a noogie. It was a pat on the head.” (cause that’s so much better) Seems to me these kids are encouraging some paddling behavior.
