It went relatively unnoticed with the exception of Ellen Degeneres, who brilliantly combined 3 Minute Legs and the Shake Weight to create a lesbian’s worst nightmare.

3 Minute Legs has been around for years but it went viral when a Korean version added a thrusting motion to the exercise routine and rebranded it as 승마운동기구 에이스파워, or Ace Power riding exercise machine. The dubious reasoning being that it simulates horse riding (among other things).
