Of Course You Realize This Means War?

Image Comics is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Robert Kirkman’s comic The Walking Dead with 10 interlocking covers featuring iconic moments from the series and a brand new storyline.

“ALL-OUT WAR BEGINS!” touts October’s issue. “The biggest storyline in WALKING DEAD history – just in time to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the series! It’s Rick versus Negan with a little help from everyone else!”

In The Walking Dead #114, the leader of the Saviors gives what he thinks is an inspiring speech. He tells his men that they’re a “big swinging dick” and they’re going to swing so fast and hard that it’ll take off helicopter and blow them away! The men give each other a confused look and Negan sighs, “We’re going to war.”
