Sesame Street parodies The Hunger Games with Cookie Monster cast as Cookieness Evereat. She eagerly volunteers to participate in the games when one of the Muppets announces, “May the cookies be ever in your flavor.”
Cookiness wins the games but her celebration is interrupted by the announcement of a sequel, The Hungry Games: Catching Fur. She’s tasked with solving food puzzles and nearly eats her companion Pita bread to win. Cookieness is elated when it’s finally over but then a teammate informs her it’s a trilogy!
I don’t know if Muppets in drag can win best actress but Cookie Monster is definitely going home with an Oscar.
