Many children’s shows have been adapted for the big screen including The Smurfs, Transformers and the recently announced Power Rangers movie. Jimmy Kimmel revealed that the new Godzilla movie is also based on a children’s show: Barney, a singing dinosaur from there was no escape from in the 90s. Kimmel showed a parody trailer that replaces Godzilla with Barneyzilla. Hopefully, he’ll fight Teletubbies in the sequel and we can rid the world of these monstrosities forever.
