Green Lantern Hal Jordan joins the Yellow Side

When the fear mongering Sinestro Corps teams up with Superman to impose martial law on a global scale, the Guardians of the Universe send in the Green Lantern Corps but Hal Jordan sides with his super friend. The Guardian Ganthet personally oversees the mission. He deems Hal unworthy and rescinds the power ring in Injustice: Gods Among Us: Year Two #19.

The depowered superhero and his girlfriend Carol Ferris fall out of the sky. Sinestro coaxes Hal into accepting a yellow ring instead of simply saving them himself. Will Green Lantern have the strength to overcome great fear or succumb to it?

He temporarily wielded a yellow ring in Green Lantern: War of the Green Lanterns; however, Injustice is set in a much darker world where Superman murders friend and foe alike.
