Walking Dead leak Beth and Carol abducted in Slabtown

Leaked video from The Walking Dead reveals that both Beth (Emily Kinney) and Carol (Melissa McBride) are being held at a hospital in “Slabtown.”

Carol and Daryl (Norman Reedus) chased after the car that abducted Beth in the previous episode “Four Walls and a Roof.” The next night, Daryl returns alone and is met by Michonne (Danai Gurira), who asks about Carol. Daryl tells someone to come out from the shadows but it’s not her. The leaked video shows Carol being wheeled into the hospital where Beth is being held. Another scene reportedly witnessed during filming shows Carol being hit by the same car with a cross. Daryl might have found Noah (Tyler James Williams), who escapes the hospital with the help of Beth. Another possibility is that Daryl is with Morgan (Lennie James), who has been tracking the group.

When Beth wakes up at the hospital, she’s greeted by Doctor Steven Edwards and officer Dawn Lerner, who says she was found surrounded by zombies. Despite their story, she’s clearly being held against her will. The officer slaps her in one scene and in another Beth is nearly sexually assaulted by a male officer.

When the group asks about Beth, Daryl gives an ominous response.

“She’s just gone,” he says.

The implication seems to be more than her being physically gone. Perhaps the hospital is abducting people for experimentation. A lobotomy might explain Beth being “gone.” It would also be a chilling end for her in light of the decapitation of her father, Hershel (Scott Wilson).

The Walking Dead airs Sunday 9PM on AMC.
