Christopher Lee Dracula A.D. 1972

Christopher Lee played too many villains to count over his nearly 70-year-long career. The English actor’s deep, regal sounding voice landed him numerous roles as Counts. Younger fans may remember him as Count Dooku but long before he joined the dark side in Star Wars, Lee was the prince of darkness… Count Dracula!

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will honor the late actor with a movie marathon featuring Dracula, the role that made him immortal. Lee also stars as the slightly less scary Count of Rochefort in The Three Musketeers and The Four Musketeers.
