E.T. is recast in a Home Alone cartoon parody by How It Should Have Ended and Klomp! Animation. The extraterrestrial gets left behind by his family just like Kevin. The incompetent burglars, Harry and Marv, fare no better against an adorable alien than they did a precocious child. E.T. uses his powers to resurrect the dying Christmas tree, which alerts the crooks to his presence. Nevertheless, they stick with their ill-conceived plan despite having presumably easier targets. This time they are pummeled accidentally by telekinesis rather than booby traps. But when E.T. uses his powers to heal them, their hearts glow with Christmas cheer.
