Jimmy Kimmel reimagined The Walking Dead as the hovering dead. Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) gets chased by zombies on hoverboards but the badass biker is unimpressed these two-wheelers. The Walkers Hoverers are easily immobilized by stairs like a more douchey version of the Daleks on Doctor Who. Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo wisely rolls away on his only slightly more dated segway.
The actor didn’t fare so well against a rabid fad. Robin Grover howled before biting him on the chest while posing for a photo at a convention. The frightful attack was more like that from a werewolf than a zombie. Grover reportedly said she sometimes imagines she is married to the star. Her erratic behavior was possibly encouraged by a Instagram photo of Reedus wearing a shirt reading “Bite me.” He subsequently post an updated photo instructing fans “Do not bite me.”
