Last night, Jimmy Kimmel Live moved to 11:35 and ‘fans’ already love it.
In a taped segment called “Lie Witness News,” people on the street were asked what they thought about the yet-to-air new time slot. Their responses ranged from more convenient to edgier. They even nodded in agreement when prompted with obvious lies like ‘Did you see the one where Jimmy lit the Dalai Lama on fire?’
Fortunately, the numbers don’t lie.
“Jimmy Kimmel Live topped the competition in its first night at 11:35 among adults 18-49 with a 1.0 rating to Leno’s 0.8 rating and Letterman’s 0.6 rating,” reports TV by the Numbers.
